Tired of searching for chilies in the markets we decided to take matters into our own hands and grow chillies in our own back garden. T
his has grown from catering to our own personal needs to establishing a vibrant and flourising Chilli Farm with several varieties of chillies (10, in fact) with continual harvesting from March til December.
We have grown certain chillies for certain dishes, from calm and aromatic to potent and zingy!
Ideal for salads, Asian cuisine, traditional Indian Curries, modern "English/Indian" curries, pizzas, chocholate... whatever takes your fancy for an added zing in your recipe.
